- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within the 10-day period.

3. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
- After 24 hours, the order may have been processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
5. Exceptions & Notes
